Don't you get just so damn tired of dieting? Atkins Diet, Abs Diet, Wonder Diet, Body For Life... you name it....
I just get so tired of dieting all the time. Last year allone, I went through SIX diets. None of them worked. Eventually got a diet from a local doctor, a derivative of Atkins, and it worked really well. But NO piza, NO burgers, no nice stuff at all. So eventually you give in.
I have concluded there is no diet you can stick to the rest of your life. There must be a better way. Once fat allways fat?
Once you get 10kg overweight or like 20kg like I am, it is virtually impossible to get a healthy weight back without some major sacrifices and self discipline.
I have seen some remarkable success stories, but in 80% of the cases, if you stop dieting, the weight comes back and then more.
Either I must accept now that I will always be fat, or search for a solution that is not going to involve strick dieting of any sort. A change in life style perhaps? If so, such change must be gradual and over time. Seeting more realisting goals i.e I want to lose 10kg this year and not 10kg the next two months. Gradually changing eating and exercise habbits into a new and health one. Diet? I dunno. I am sick and tired of diet.
It's either lifestyle change or stay always fat!
