Pace yourself on the way to the bathroom

Tired of getting tired ?

Even when just walking to the bathroom? Well, have we got just the tip for you... How to pace yourself on the way to the bathroom.

By now you've started settling into this bigger you frame, you are getting used to the bigger than normal jackets, the shirt hanging out, making more holes in your belt than when you've bought it and so on.

This is the time to start adjusting to the new frame and tune in to your environment. You get exhausted and short of breath doing anything - from bending to pick up a biro, fastening shoelaces to going to the bathroom or kitchen for one more soda.

Because you are starting to adjust, you also know when the need arises to go.... you can actually feel it coming on, from far away. All we are saying is, tune in to your body's needs even more. Do not wait until the last minute to get up and go. Anticipate - anticipate.

Yep, that's right, once you can anticipate the need to go, you can get up and start going towards the bathroom with enough time to take it at a leisurely pace. No need to rush and exhaust yourself, so that when you get there, you are blowing like a steam train.

By taking it easy, and even having a stop in between (or 2) - and for real diversity why not have a snack?, you will not exhaust yourself in a mad rush for the bathroom. You will be able to go at your own pace and still have enough breath to really sock it to it.

While you're at it, you might as well learn to pace yourself in other areas of life as well - such as sex (if you can get any)

But more of that later.
